2. User preferences have now been reorganized into Printing, Grading, and Backup prefences. The backup preferences are new - there is now an automatic backup option. Automatic backup is enabled by default to backup your database file once every 20 times the program is run.
3. The error message you get now if you try to open your database file from a read-only area such as a CD-ROM is more helpful.

1. The daily lesson planner now handles starting dates in a new way. Courses now have a lesson planner button to adjust the starting and ending dates for each course individually. Accordingly, you can set these dates to any day you choose (not including weekends).
2. Daily lesson information is now displayed in the course dialog.
3. The daily lesson planner now defaults to opening at the first entry corresponding to today's date.
4. Homeschool Solutions Help files have been converted to the new HTML Help format. To view them, you will need to have at least Internet Explorer 3.0 (not included) and the HTML Help Viewer 1.1 (included).
5. A 'Remove Password' option has now been added to turn off password protection.
Version 3.10 (Nov 3, 2000)
1. Homeschool Solutions now uses the InnoSetup installer instead of the Package and Deployment Wizard. You no longer need to uninstall a previous version of the software in order to update it.
2. The installer now deletes ALL Homeschool Solutions files created in the program's installed directory when the program is uninstalled.
3. These notes you are reading are now contained in the file 'readme.txt', instead of being stored within the program.
4. Version 3.10 fixes all other known bugs with the installer.
Version 3.01 (Oct 13, 2000)
1. The program no longer displays 'run-time error 3265' when printing lesson plans.
2. The program no longer displays a 'No Current Record' error message when printing a report card.
3. The program no longer crashes saying, 'Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression.......' when apostrophes are used in Student, Term, and Course names.
4. You can no longer create multiple Students, Terms, or Courses with identical names in the same list. This fixes a bug where deletion of such a record would delete all records which shared that name.
